Shipping & Payment

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within the USA as well as international orders.

Shipping timelines are clearly mentioned when you select the shipping method while checking out from our website. 

*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our base location in Glen Allen, Virginia, United States of America (USA). Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Refund Policy:

 

Returns

For Domestic orders within the USA, Our return policy lasts 7 days after you received the product. This return policy DOES NOT apply to trunk shows or any designer site show  items. You will not be allowed to return or exchange these items as you have bought these items after seeing them in our shows.

Items should reach us back within 7 days from the day the customer has received it at their end. If 7 days have gone by since you received the delivery from us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Also note that shipping fees are deducted from your final amount of the returned items.

***NO RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE for International Orders (outside USA)

Domestic Orders ONLY - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for lost returns and we require receipt of the original package and proof of purchase in order to issue a refund.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Special SALE or DEAL: 

Please note that items purchased under special SALE or DEAL on website or at site from trunk shows are not returnable. Also items cannot be exchanged.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed after deducting shipping Costs, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. 

***Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Delivery of Sale items (if applicable)

We are not responsible for lost packages if you have not asked separately for shipping insurance. If you did not get the package in 5 days after notification, please check with the carrier (USPS, UPS or Fedex) based on the tracking number provided by us.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

***We do not provide a return label, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

 

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Our store uses Google Analytics to help us learn about store visits and the pages being viewed.

_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits

_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

PREF, persistent for a very short period, Set by Google and tracks who visits the store and from where
